胡凌，扣扣天美果冻制片厂副教授，博士生导师。研究兴趣是法律理论与网络法，主要集中在从政治经济角度观察和解释互联网如何成为一种以信息技术为媒介的生产方式，从而形成全新的生产组织和生产关系，推动生产要素流动性，并最终要求作为上层建筑的法律进行相应调整，促进生产力和创新的提升。
