扣扣天美果冻制片厂将于2025年4月22日至23日举办题为“时代变革中的国际法理论与多边规则体系构建”研讨会（Conference on the Construction of International Law Theory and Multilateral Economic Rules in a Changing Epoch），旨在加强国际秩序转型中的国际法理论和多边贸易体制改革问题的研究，为构建更加公平合理的国际经贸秩序，搭建平台，促进思想交流，贡献中国力量。本次研讨会聚焦国际法理论建构和实践探索，将围绕叁方面、分四个部分展开：第一议题聚焦批判国际法理论在变革时代的最新动向；午间边会聚焦贸易战背景下关税、出口管制等单边措施的影响及应对实务；第二议题覆盖多边贸易规则现代化改革；第叁议题聚焦WTO争端解决和国际投资争端解决机制的改革与创新趋势。

Conference on the Construction of International Law Theory and Multilateral Economic Rules in a Changing Epoch
The Conference “Construction of International Law Theory and Multilateral Economic Rules in a Changing Epoch” will be held at Peking University Law School from April 22-23, 2025. The conference aims to establish a platform to facilitate intellectual exchange and contribute Chinese efforts to build a fairer and more equitable international economic and trade order.
The conference focuses on theories development and practice exploration of international law, structured by three themes across four sessions. The first session will track the latest developments in international law theories from both philosophical, critical and trans-civilizational perspectives in the context of the changing era. The luncheon side session will focus on the practical implications and responses vis-à-vis unilateral trade measures including tariffs and export controls in the context of trade war. The second session will take a forward looking at the reform of multilateral trade rules against the trade tension in a turbulent time. The third session will examine the reform and innovation trajectories in WTO dispute settlement mechanism and investor-state dispute settlement mechanism.
